Our task: motivate loyal SEAT customers to consider exchanging their old car with a brand new SEAT.
What did we do? We served them an ace up the sleeve so that they could become aces on the road! Actually, we sent them a direct mailer advertising the “old for new offer” so, if they where interested, they could play the hand they we’re dealt, no poker face needed and negotiate a new car deal in the SEAT salon.
The mailer contained a poker card shaped voucher, which they could use to top the final offer of their local SEAT car dealer with an extra discount, additional equipment or service.
Just as they say, luck at the poker (car dealers) tables occurs in unexpected ways.
